Hi everyone.

I'm preparing for my ROC, I  came here as K1 together  with my son (K2). We filed AOS, and we both got our 10 years greencard. I filed fo I-90 for replacement of my greencard since, it was an error of giving me a 10 years instead of 2 years only.  They gave me a new card containing the correct category and 2 years validity but they replace my son's card with a new one but still, its a 10 years validity.

My question is, do  I just fill-up an I-751 for myself and simply pay for the 595 fee plus my biometric and my son's biometric?

what are the supporting documents that they required?

thank you.

Review this VJ ROC Guide and the numerous ROC forum postings about ROC documentation and evidence requirements. The second pinned article at the top of this forum page is a good place to start reviewing the process and info. They are very common lines of discussions.

Your K2 son's information is included in Part 5 of Form I-75.

Here is the official info on fees for the form, the USCIS link also contains a lot of other pertinent info such evidence checklists, mailing addresses, etc:

Quote

$595. All Form I-751 petitions also require an $85 biometric service fee for each person applying to remove conditions on their residence on the same form. You may pay the fee with a money order, personal check, or cashier’s check.  When filing at a USCIS Lockbox facility, you may also pay by credit card using Form G-1450, Authorization for Credit Card Transactions. If you pay by check, you must make your check payable to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Please note that service centers are not able to process credit card payments.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Thank you, I am a sir.

Since this is a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) site, please take the time to read, review and heed the K1 ROC Guide. Between that and the other links I previously provided, there are answers to your questions there, even ones that you still have to formulate.
