Not received SSN after 5 weeks

Hi everyone,

 

It has been 5 weeks since I applied for my social security number, but I have not received it yet. I've come to ask the Social Security Administration several times to figure out what's wrong. They always say that they need to wait for the verification for my I-20 (F1) from the Department of Homeland Security.

 

When I used the SAVE to check my status, I was unable to find an open case using  my passport number or I-94 number. However, when I used my SEVIS ID, I saw things like this (see the image below).

What should I do? Thanks!
