It was a great watch. It showed that Bush and the dems worked hand in hand to help the situation. The only person that almost caused the whole thing to collapse was McCain. It really showed a different side of Obama and Bush than we get in the press.

at our age I think just having a mind that works is a win win.  Seriously I would love for you to watch it and hear your opinion. I have learned a lot from a lot of you on VJ. Many of you dig into the issues much deeper than me.

Maybe later I will but I would like to remind you that Bush and Obama and such has very little say so in monetary matters. They can suggest and threaten and such but the Federal Reserve is a separate entity from the government and answer only unto themselves. Also the only way to make more Billionaires or Billionaires is to run deficits because all money is created and made with deficit spending only. Now when I say that every politician running for the Democratic nomination has at least one but some more than one Billionaire backing them or they couldn't even run will say a lot about the state of our system we have in place for political landscape. You want a Billionaire to back you to run for a major political position such as POTUS or Senator or Congressman then you need to be amenable to creating more money and that means deficit spending.

They were an instrument in it but the financial sector caused the problems. Read up on the tulip frenzy and other similar market bubble melt downs and then reread what happened during our market meltdown and that is what happened. It was history repeating it self and the conditions are ripe to happen again because we didn't fix the problems but put a band aid on it. 

 

To make it simple it was a ponzi scheme that was eventually going to fail.
