military documents as evidence??

I am currently U.S. military, although I will be seperating shortly, and I was stationed in Turkey in 06. As my travel was on Uncle Sam's dime I don't have airline ticket stubs or even hotel receipts <--- I lived on base.

But I have my initial orders sending me there and a few more military documents authorizing my travel to several other locations in Turkey. If anyone knows-Can I use these? (of course they're unclassified).

I have multiple pictures of us together, letters and the like. Is this sufficent? am I missing anything? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

P.S. Currently I'm stationed in Italy and plan on filing just prior to my seperation and return to the states in early '08. So if I don't have enough "evidence" as it is, it would be a lot cheaper for me to just hop over to turkey from Italy than from the States. Just wanna get some insight. okay, that's it.

Yes those will work fine, anything that documents being in the same place as the benificiary over the past 2 years works, also things like store recipts from foreign cities ect.

Pictures with family helps also.

I included my PCS orders to Izmir, NATO travel orders (with all the entry/exit stamps), PCS orders from Izmir and copy of my passport.

For the hop; I don't think you'll gain entry, as you are not authorized access to Incirlik b/c you're not assigned. Check the Foreign Clearance Guide, https://www.fcg.pentagon.mil/ (need a .mil domain to access), and with the AMC Pax Terminal in Aviano.

Yes - I'd send that as proof (your residency in Turkey).

I sent a copy of my teaching certificate and residency card from Brazil as proof.
