Visa Issued but still untrackable

My parents, both mother and father had their interview at USEM in Manila last September 11 2019. My father's visa status changed to ISSUED on Sept 13 2019, and my mother's on September 16 2019. We made sure the contact info and delivery address is registered however up until now September 26 2019, no one is reaching us for the visa delivery. I emailed IVManilaReplies about the situation and the reply i got was that theres no problem and my dad's visa was issued last Sept 25 2019. Funny because we have known that since the Sept 13. With that email saying visa was issued I was expecting the visa would be trackable now at least, but nope. Still no update. Is anyone else having this situation with IR5 Visa?

Have you tried tracking via 2go website?

YMMV

I did every tracking information i have read. 2go tracking with the case number, passport number and uid, passportstatus@ustraveldocs.com email, the website, the dashboard but still all of them says no information available. I wonder if its too soon after their 7-10business days timeframe to ask if they can expedite the case, and if so how do I do that? Email?

Most get very anxious about visa delivery.   Normally it is only a few days after ISSUED before it is handed off to 2G0.    Being it was only a couple days ago since it was actually ISSUED,  2GO should have it now or very, very soon.

Don't forget CFO.   If you parents are 60 y.o. or older they only need to register to get the sticker in their passport.    If younger they will need to attend CFO-PDOS

I just check the passport tracking and it says in transit as of Sept 27 2019 late afternoon.  Thanks all for your help. I'll make sure they attend CFO seminar asap.

Great news!!
