It’s been almost a month since my package was sent out to NVC. I’ve emailed NVC to the email USCIS sent on our NO2 on September 17th, but i haven’t had a reply. What would be the best thing to do?

It can take up to 90 days in extreme cases and up to 8 weeks in some more common cases. You have to be patient and wait. 1 month is not yet a cause for concern

There is not much you can do right now. You can call the NVC and they may be able to tell you that the case physically arrived at NVC, that's about it. NVC says it takes them 6-8 weeks on average to input a case into the system, so you're still within normal processing time.

Accurate. I called the NVC a couple of times per week after our NOA2, but it was 19 days before our petition was even received from USCIS. For us it was a total of 53 days (7.5 weeks) from NOA2 to getting our case ID and CEAC access at NVC. Nothing for you to worry about yet.

If you contact nvc enough they will transfer your case to a supervisor, which can be good at times but lately more often than not. My case went to a supervisor because USCIS wasn’t sending in my approval notice and it was labeled a case complete it took 2 months...
