I always use Johnny Air for shipping. I ship to their NY office, then they ship to the Philippines. Some occasions I just have Amazon ship directly to Johnny Air and they forward it on. Takes about a week to Manila, a few more other cities and provinces. Good rates. Never has an issue. 

I have only heard good things about Johnny Air.

I know for a fact Charles Schwabb will send a CC or a Debit card to Philippines, they absorb any ATM anywhere in the world

 

 

I use Schwabb when I travel....

Finally done...
