Any additions/deletions/suggestions? Is the evidence enough?

Didn't realize I don't need that.. I'll remove it, thanks :)

Does everything else look okay?

Copies of passport pages (other than the ID page) does not prove citizenship and is not required,  however,  if the pages have entry stamps for visiting your spouse,  then they are evidence of relationship

YMMV

They do have entry stamps for India, but my parents reside in India as well (I did too, until 2 years ago). Should I add those? Would it mean anything?

I would reposition them. Demonstrating time spent together is the strongest evidence.   Much better than chats and photos

True, but I thought the visa stamps don't really help since I have a lot of family in India, and I didn't visit the country just to spend time with my spouse..

Where did you hear entry stamps don't help?

It's all about characterizion.  You did go to India for the primary purpose of visiting your spouse.   Family visits were a secondary benefit.

YMMV

Ah, I didn't mean that the stamps don't help. I meant in my case, all my visits to India were before we got married, and I stayed with my parents, which is why I thought it wouldn't help :( (should've mentioned that earlier, sorry!)
