Hi,

I also have my interview coming up on the 28th Oct and preparing all docs to bring. Just wondering if the ones you mentioned here are also the same ones for me if my interview is in the Philippines Embassy?

Also:

1. For the tax transcripts, we submitted 2017 online because we filed end of March 2018. Should my husband also send in 2018 tax transcripts for me to bring to the interview since a year has passed already? And he has since filed his 2018 taxes?

2. Is getting it froM IRS online acceptable?

hope i got all the information about tax transcripts correct.

Thanks for your time!

Each embassy/consulate is different. They may all ask for "common docs", but some ask the applicant/beneficiary to bring specific document, which other consulates consider auxiliary or optional. So you may want to ask and be better informed from applicants who conducted their interview in the Philippines. Just my 2 cents...Good Luck!

hello everyone my husband and I submitted all civil and financial documents a week ago can someone please tell me how do we know that our documents are accepted and received and being processed ?

It takes two weeks for mine to be accepted, maybe in a week time you’ll get an email stating to log in the ceac website to check an update on it. It’s either they accepted the documents or you need to resubmit it.

Thanks so much, I figured as much, but I knew for sure that tax transcripts were a must in our embassy as well so wanted to get more info about that specifically. But I agree to asking others who did the interview in the PH , what's ok in other embassies may not be ok in ours and the other way around 😂
