CEAC/NVC "supporting evidence" questions

We submitted the IV application (DS-261).  Now it's on to the civil documents.  Below I'm attaching a screenshot of what they're asking for.  Questions:

  1. I'm assuming marriage cert, birth cert, police cert need to be translated to English?  What about passport bio page?
  2. I can gather from the information on the linked travel.state.gov site that the police certificate is basically a criminal record.  Is there a certain form it must take?  Is there a better name for it?  If she goes into the local police station in Mexico and asks for a police certificate for immigration, will she get the right thing?
  3. I can't find any mention on the travel.state.gov site of the "photos" they are requesting.  We already submitted the passport page, marriage cert, and lots of photos of us together with the original I-130 package.  What do they want here?

The link shown in the screen shot takes me here:  https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/collect-and-submit-forms-and-documents-to-the-nvc/step-5-collect-supporting-documents.html#docfinder.  It looks like there's supposed to be a "document finder" that I can click on to get more information about the documents, but it does not work.  Sorry if this stuff is covered elsewhere, I really did search!

I did manage to find this page: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country/Mexico.html which gives me better information on the Police Certificate.  I still have no idea what "Photographs" they're looking for.
