No, nothing 😞

Thanks for checking-in. I'm planning to do mandamus in the new year.

Yeah no problem, Good luck with it. Hopefully that will make them take the decision in your favor. God bless.

My interview was on November 12, 2019, and I'm still waiting.

Reps, Senators = no luck

Ombudsman = say I'm still within processing times, which are 13-16 months, my case been pending 19 months already.

Lawyers = says there are currently no courts are happening, so mandamus - useless. I have good lawyers, and trust them as they have helped me with a bunch of immigration matters before)

I have zero idea what else I can do. I have a very simple case, no convictions, no tickets, no issues, no traveling, no change of addresses. I don't get what takes them forever to process it.

Which field office did you interview at?

I have had the same experience as you.

Hello everybody ! I didn't think that i could search forums for that information but now i'm here. Let me explain my situation and i hope you can try to help me some how .

In 2012 i've got my Green Card. no violations\no parking tickets nothing. In 2016 i was arrested for Domestic violence (Battery attempt) but later on i took the special program (diversion program) finished it and all charges was Dropped (NOLE PROS at the end) so i was NOT CONVICTED and im still leaving with my wife. IN 2018 December i applied for US Citizenship N-400. After 6 month i was scheduled for an interview (AUGUST  17th  was the interview) . The Officer was nice, and it takes about 20 min (I've passed English tests and Civil and history) then he asked about N-400 and then  about my Arrest ! I explained him FROM MY SIDE what had happened that night and I Said BUT the Case was Dropped and dismissed but He smiled and said IT WAS NOT DROPPED , it was NOLE PROS (no prosecution). Then he  Printed me a form -  I ve Passed but Decision cant be made yet" And He said that It takes SOME time (2 weeks) you'll receive  it BY mail (the decision). Since THAT day - im checking every time online  No information ( 5 weeks have passed). "YOU ATTENDANT YOUR INTERVIEW -You DONT NEED TO DO ANYTHING THAT TIME  Estimaited Time 3 Month!"

I cant sleep , i so stressed out. And IM so scared that it a HUGE possibility that they will DENY me. (One of my friends WITH CONVICTION of RECKLESS Driving Got his Citizenship in 2 Weeks with the same (Decision can not be made) and i'm frustrated. So i would be very happy if you can help me with this situation a lil bit!  THANK YOU! GOD BLESS AMERICA!

until you get a denial letter you are not denied. sometime USCIS let statutory period elapse before re using your fingerprint to check if you stayed clean and then make a decision on your case..   ( it happened to me when I was getting my conditional green card a whole year + couple months went by after my interview. and then made a decision on my case ) now hopefully it is the same with N-400. hang in there. let time go by one day you will wake up with good news

Wow, I've never heard of anyone getting a third interview! You'd think they would already have got all the information they need.

I'm glad something is finally happening with your case at least.

Hello MiamiDade... I want to congratulate you on your achievement and that you finally managed to become a Citizen... I know it's been a while since your last post, but I'm in a very similar situation like yours, with a Misdemeanor for a Simple Battery, which was Nolle Pross, and where I did not have any Diversion Program, no probation, no community services, no nothing, unfortunately it happened within my Statutory Period of 5 years, and it also happened in Miami.
If it is not a bother, I would like to know if you can share with me the following information:
1) In which Miami office was your application?
2) If you ever made E-requests? And if you did, what response did you get from the office regarding those E-requests?

It has been 8 months since my second interview. I have made one E-request, and the answer is that my case is "under extended Review"
I also contacted my congressman, and they told him that they still can't give them an answer until "until certain issues are resolved".
Thank you very much for any answer you can share.. My frustration is already beyond anything.
