We had our interview yesterday in SF. He asked about how we met, who asked out who, about each other's families, who attended the wedding, typical day schedules and such, what we do for fun, how many times we visited each other and for how long, what we do for a living. Also all the questions about drugs, human tracking, etc. We brought photos, tax return, last pay stubs, employer letter, joint bank account and health insurance info. He said his supervisor would take a look at it, but he believed we had all the documents. Today I got the Case was approved notification.

Bumping up this thread - updates, anyone?

F-1 status in US since 2017, arrived earlier than my parents got their GCs (IR5 thru my sister, USC).

My mom filed I-130 in December 2018 and received NOA1, petition still pending.

  

Timing:

  • I-485 (AOS) + I-765 (EAD) application package sent:  July 31, 2019 (FEDEX)
  • Package delivered: August 2, 2019
  • Funds taken: August 8, 2019 (paid with a credit card)
  • NOA1: August 13, 2019
  • NOA2: August 15, 2019
  • Biometrics: August 29, 2019
