DS-160 retrieval

I have started the DS-160 form, first page done and I saved it. Then I tried to retrieve it but it says that it is not matching surname and year of birth even though these informations are correctly filled out. Several times I tried and still the same, not matching surname and year of birth. Could anyone help me through this problem.

 You are not the first to have this issue.     You may want to start over.

Application ID at first won't be a problem if I will start over?

No issue.  Start fresh, print out the confirmation page upon completion.

You have to complete all the security questions and answers on first page before you close or it will not keep your info to log you back in later.

I did complete the firt page. Then I saved it and retrieved but it says those two info don't match. :-( 

What is the best thing to do...I think I'll start over according to Hank.
