Went out for lunch with my manager -- I..... may not have had tofu. But I did NOT have the Manhattan I was thinking about! (Or I would not be able to type, I think. I'd be napping.)

Well, they milk the soybeans for soy milk.  Don't think that is a thing with pumpkin seeds (to my knowledge)?

It was a perfect 8oz baseball steak, just the right size for me.  Could not finish all that creamed spinach though I tried. We were cracking up because there was a guy sitting behind us talking on the phone all about his nightmare ex-wife and how she was bleeding him dry for alimony, and how he needed to start "shopping for a hot one who doesn't talk so goddamn much this time, just shuts up and knows how good she's got it." So if anyone thinks Berkeley is all woke men, believe me, this is NOT the case!
