I can't imagine a more appropriate metaphor for the left. A pouty, loud mouth teenager who speaks petty nonsense. Instead of being lauded by the media, she should be sent to her room sans supper until she learns to defer to her betters.

She's just being used as a mouthpiece.  Someone is not only funding her, but also writing some pretty eloquent pieces for her to regurgitate.

I think this child has serious mental problems. I've never seen such disproportional hatred or blind rage in anyone's eyes as this child has. I only saw a short clip of her speaking, but seriously thought her head was going to start spinning around and start hearing a devil voice. It was like watching Exorcist, Poltergeist, Children of the Corn, Rosemary's Baby all rolled into one person. It was really very disturbing to watch.

I suspect it's just the coaching.  At least, I HOPE it is.  No way to really tell until we hear her speak without referring to the notes someone is giving her.

edit to add: I agree someone is writing stuff for her, but she BELIEVES it.

Interesting that Rush had the same/similar take on this as I did. I was also unaware that she is autistic. That makes this all the more sad because even though she is highly intelligent and articulate, her EQ is not as developed and her handlers are exploiting that for their own gain. It makes more sense to me now why she had such a disproportional emotional reaction. Poor kid.
