Can't look up my status in CEAC

Is anyone having problems looking up their status in the CEAC website, after plugging in the case ID and gaptcha it just doesn't do anything.

 

I was wondering if anybody else is experiencing the same problem..

A lot of people are having this issue. Hopefully it will be back working soon, but I have not been able to get on the website since yesterday morning.

Looks like it's broken, it won't accept the CAPTCHA code. However i do recommend using FireFox when browsing that domain. Using Chrome tends to lead to partially loaded elements. I don't really know why but Firefox is a lot more consistent with CEAC websites. Hope this helps!

I have tried Chrome, Explorer and FireFox, and Edge, non of these browsers work, therefore it is probably an issue within their website.

Finally I'm not the only one. I just finished posting a topic about this issue. But seriously it was never been down for this long like since last week!!!!

I just checked again, and it seemed like they fixed the problem.
