Hi,

I am the beneficiary and I am new to this website. I heard that people here are very helpful and can give solid advice/feedback. We are nearing the interview stage and I just wanted to make sure I have all the paperwork that I am going to need to take with me to the interview:

Updated K1 binded folder
1) Table of contents
2) Letters of intent
- 1 from petitioner
- 1 from beneficiary
3) Proof of existing relationship (after filing I-129F)
- Flight tickets, hotel receipts, entry stamps
- Pictures from trips and labeled on the back
- Chat logs
4) Affidavit of support:
- I-134 form filled and signed by petitioner
- Letter of employment
- 5 recent pay stubs
- Bank statement
- W2s from last 3 years
- 401K statement

Separate/not included in folder
5) Medical check
6) Police background check from countries resided for more than 6 months

Anything else I'm missing? Thank you so much for your help

Many interviewing embassies/consulates have additional document requirements. The list(s) of those documents should have been sent to the beneficiary in the various Packets #3 and/or #4. Be sure to include those documents in your parcel.

Other VJ members may be able to tell what those documents are, but your timeline is vacant and therefore that information is unavailable to the anyone but you. Hopefully you will have the lists from the interviewing embassy/consulate, wherever that may be..... :time: It helps everyone that uses, or is helped by the forum.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

please tell me, do I need the original document I-134 with wet signatures for the Consulate in Moscow?

I was never able to find confirmation anywhere that a signed and scanned I-134 was okay for Moscow (or that it wasn't), so I sent Anastasia a copy along with some Christmas/New Year's presents last year.

I think it would be okay, but wasn't quite willing to gamble on it.
