I'm starting on my documents for I-130

My wife has visited USA couple of years ago on her US turist visa  and came back to Thailand  should I add her I-94 from that trip that I down loaded from their website?

And also should I make a copy of her new passport and her old passport that has her US turist visa in and a entry stamp?

Copies of her I-94 and passport (old / new) could be used as relationship evidence, but is not needed otherwise.
