Because the Ambassador those soldiers were entourage for was involving in things that are classified. Pence will be a lot easier to uproot in a year or so?  So impeachment will be the order of the day if one side does not like the person in the WH.  When is the house going to start impeaching all the Trump appointed judges?  Personally, I think this is all a set up, one to knock down Biden because none of the other stellar candidates on the Democrat side have the guts to attack his corruption directly, and two, the DOJ IG and Barr investigations are coming close to wrapping up.  It was interesting to see Pelosi’s attack on Barr’s credibility out of the blue yesterday.  To my knowledge, other than President Trump mentioning him on the call, Barr was not involved in this at all.  The DOJ made a decision that this issue does not fit the whistleblower statute which appears to be the case, but other than that, why did Nancy feel the need to attack the AG?

So phone calls a President has with another world leader are not classified?  Where are all of Obama’s phone transcripts?

There is a difference between "classified" as in "sensitive but  routine" and "secret to the point we really don't want to talk about why Ambassador Stevens was there in a first place" Regardless, I do believe that incident was subject to multiple investigation by congress, and nothing really came out from it, and not for the lack of trying. As with most things where CIA is involved, and US meddles in other country affairs, the full truth is not ever likely come out. It is not really relevant either. Someone erred on the side of caution, trying to minimize amount of people involved in the operation, someone else didn't realize that attack was specific and targeted. This is true and that is why conversations with heads of state have been moved to a secure server. This way they can try to control the leaks. This whole Ukraine thing wasn't even heard directly but the so called "whistleblower" heard it from someone who supposedly heard the conversation . So it is heresay at best.I saw something on Friday where the Dems want to listen to other conversations with world leaders.

 

But in regards to Benghazi I would really like to see or hear the tapes about what was going on. Because the official narrative about "not having air support in the region" is complete BS. As someone who has been to Sigonella NAS which is right across the water I am calling that bluff.

General Hicks and Lt. Col Gibson had forces ready to deploy within an hour or so after the Benghazi attack was initiated, but were not allowed to launch them.  Had his team gone, Benghazi may well have had a very different outcome. 

 

Another thing that doesn't sit well with me is why the security force in Benghazi was sent away in August, just before the attack took place.  Unusual timing?
