OMG this is so horrible. Are you flying through Dublin? They do the customs check there and it's a breeze. I would think with copy of the AP paperwork and the police report that you might have a chance? I am so sorry for you. I honestly cannot even imagine...

You definitely should put in a service request . We just got approved for EAD last week. It took about 217 days from first NOA. It was handled by NBC which just decreased the processing time to 7mo.

Hi guys,

Hope everyone is doing okay who didn’t have the interview yet (like me).
So I just checked the processing time and it went down!!! It was like 15 months for Santa Ana and now it’s only 11,5 months!
hopefully all of us gonna get a nice interview scheduled for Christmas!

Good for you). But for example mine( Baltimore) now is 16,5-33 .... before it was 11-29 .. 🤬.
I have no more words and hope that my interview  will happen soon

It's been quite a while but I'm back! Just received a text message today from USCIS that our interview has been scheduled! My husband received his EAD in September and I honestly was not expecting an interview until late next year. We're in Houston TX and the office here is reportedly slow, so this is good news!

Hello, I wonder if someone had the same experience,I think I’m just drained by the process even if i know that it’s a lot of people waiting too. May God bless you.

After a long time, we finally had our interview Wednesday ,November 20 at 8:30 in Kendall, Florida. We married since 1 year. I don’t even know what to say, I prepared all the papers, I have so many proofs and all documents they asked and the officer  didn’t ask for nothing. We had an very nice officer , but I’m really disappointed and scared. He was going through our informations then He was reading questions, I had to answer yes or no, and then the officer talk with my husband about his job and they started to talk like they was friend, I was just seating with all the proof in my hand I was like when he is about to ask me questions, and check our photos. He asked us one question where did you both met?
He had a big folder with my papers since the beginning then he just said « so do you want add something in your folder ? Because it’s pretty thick » so I only gave him bank joint accounts, that’s all I gave him. Then the officer said « ok so the process is that they are going to review your case and you will get an answer in 40 days, I will make sure to speed the process. »
And it was done. I don’t know what to think.

I expect to have questions, I expect him to checks photos, but nothing he asked nothing. I’m really scared and drain by the process :(

Some of you are probably waiting more and probably in worst position i feel like I complain, I’m sorry about that. I just hope to read someone who have been in the same position, I hope you don’t give up, this is very hard for a lot of us, keep faith I promise to you it’s almost done!
