Email the embassy and ask what are the next steps. They will tell you what to do.

As suggested, contact the consulate. That said, the norm would be for a new medical being requested, and possible a new interview. How long that takes depends on the consulate.

With Lagos let them instruct you about the medical. Don't get one or police report or anything until they say so.
