We just noticed Thursday that the processing times estimate had gone down to 8.5 - 10 months and thought we might hear something by the end of November. Then, Friday night we got a notice on our USCIS website account that we were approved on the 20th.

Receipt date = 2/13/2019

Approval date = 9/20/2019

10 year bar for visa overstay

Hoping to hear from the London embassy soon about getting an appointment....

Congratulations!!!

I have one question.  When did you file the i-601?

I just received my NVC email about my PD becoming active.   I'm trying to pay the fees, but the website seems down and it won't let me.  I know I have to file the DS 260, and i-864 for support documents.   After this stage when do you actually need to send the 601?  After the interview at the embassy?  Thank you for your help.

When you have your visa interview, assuming everything else is in order, the consular will give you a letter stating that your visa is denied only due to your unlawful presence bar. You will submit that letter with your I-601 waiver application, which you may then file.

good luck!

Thank you for very for your answer.   Looking forward to this day.    Enjoy your Visa!!

Congrats that's awsome. so you didn't have to file an 212 as well for permission to reapply for admission . I have to file an waiver as well for unlawful  presence but idk if I'm suppose to send both waivers or JUST 601

You will have to pay the AOS & IV bills. use the IV payment receipt to file your I-601A, after approval you will leave the US for your Interview
