Hi everyone, im confused about what to send with the i864.

It says to send "A copy of your individual Federal income tax return, including W-2s for the most recent tax year...Also include a copy of each and every Form 1099, Schedule, and any other evidence of reported income. You may submit this information for the most recent three tax years" etc.

Should i specifically send these things and not send the tax transcripts? Or are the tax transcripts we have from the irs enough (along with pay stubs and employment verification letter.

When doing the i134 i recall reading that the transcripts include all info that the w2s have, making it pointless to send w2s if you are using the tax transcripts.  Is this still the case?

Thanks in advance

when I submitted mine, I provided a copy of my latest tax transcripts, pay stubs, W-2's, and a letter of employment.

1. Either complete tax return copy including all pages and schedules and earnings statements

OR

2. Return Transcript.

Option 2 is best, less pages and it proves you actually filed as its a receipt that you did.

W2s (ie. Earnings statements) are only submitted with the Return Transcript under ONE circumstance.
