Hello,

My interview with the US consulate in Montreal is on Nov 6, and my Medical Exam is Oct 31st.  As requested I have to bring a list of my current vaccinations, however I was wondering if anyone has an idea of which vaccinations are required for my immigration to USA for this medical exam?

Thanks!

You most likely only need the flu shot, and a updated Tdap. Get those at your family doctor. if you had chicken pox as a child they will accept a verbal declaration of you having it.

Hep B is only for those 18 and under.

The rest you should have received as a child. if you have your little yellow health card they will take that as proof. If not try to get the health unit to give you a copy of your shots, or your doctor to run a titre test to show immunity.

i got this info from the website of the clinic im going to see (vaccine checklist).

is that too close for them to prepare your report? as per the doctor that im seeing, they require 10 days to prepare for the report if no issues at all. you may want to check with them how fast or how long they can prepare and handover or courier the report to you.

tip: since i don't have my vaccination records when i was a kid, i requested my doctor to get me vaccination titers for the required vaccinations (blood testing). this will tell you which ones you have immunity or which ones you need to re-take.
