ESCAPE DRAMA IN LOCKED PUB

Drinker Gets Stuck in Toilet Window

A 47-year-old man got stuck in the window of a pub toilet in Germany after getting locked in the establishment accidently after closing time. Police came to the rescue.

A man who was locked inside a German pub after closing time got stuck in the lavatory window during a desperate escape attempt, police in the southwestern city of Saarbrücken said.

The 47-year-old man had already activated the burglar alarm but when no one came he opted for the lavatory route.

"In doing so he misjudged the relationship between the aperture of the window and his own body mass," police said in a statement after freeing him.
