Worried my Police Clearance !!!

Hi. I was 21 years old when I attended a Short scholarship program in Mexico for 8months.

 

I stayed in another Country for 8 months when I was 23 years old before moving back to my country permanently. I'm now 30 years old. 

 

Would I need to provide police Clearance from these countries For the NVC?

I was informed only if you lived in another country for 12 months or more!

It’s 6 months for within your own country 12 for other countries!

It is 6 months for K1 and 12 months for CR1/IR1 as far as I know

Do you have the police clearance sent to yourself and uploaded online or do you have it sent to the consulate you'll be interviewing at?

at 8  months stay you don't need a police certificate from either country unless you're a resident or citizen of said country.

The beneficiary needs it for the NVC for a spousal.
