Sure, here's the list of documents I am preparing:

  1. Appointment Letter
  2. DS-260 Confirmation Page and Form
  3. Medical Examination Report
  4. Criminal Record Check
  5. Photographs
  6. Passport
  7. Original Birth Certificate (Petitioner, Principal Applicant)
  8. Marriage Certificate
  9. Evidence of Relationship (photos, etc.)
  10. Document Residence in Canada: Study Permit
  11. Tax Statements (W2) (Petitioner)
  12. Affidavit of Support Document

Let me know if there's anything else you think we might need

Does anyone know how long a criminal record check is valid? I have one from two months ago

I was about to ask. I got mine in 2021 but got email asking me to resubmit a police certificate. I am currently in the US. Does anyone know if there is a way I can do that in the US without going back to Canada?
