Will let you know if I receive something.. I also have been waiting for an interview for almost 11 months now Kabul embassy, I am also f2a.  At least the embassy should give little attention to other visas category other than SIV and US citizen petitions.

So last month I send a request to NVC to expedite my case and today I received their response. They are saying the embassy has suspended routine visa service, but when I check US embassy Kabul website and their Twitter account they are open, I don’t know what is going on at this point..

Due to COVID-19 concerns, the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan has suspended routine visa services.  We are unable to forward your expedite request to the U.S. Embassy for review.  The U.S. Embassy will resume routine visa services as soon as possible but cannot provide a specific date.

For the most up-to-date information about the U.S. Embassy's operating status, please visit the Embassy website at http://usembassy.gov.

You may wish to resubmit your request once the Embassy resumes routine services

did anyone got interview letter for July?

Nothing. The last stat I read is that there are now 506,000 people documentarily qualified awaiting interviews all around the world. They need to change their process because it's clearly not working.

I received another email of Case Status Update from NVC last month, saying they would send another update email in 60 days. I believe everyone here in same boat got similar email updates. I heartfully wish @rachel6992 will get interview notice in upcoming email, then everybody else gets moving forward also.  Keeping our fingers crossed.

They are prioritizing cases where the children will soon age out. Next are spouses, children, parents of U.S. citizens. Next is your category - family preference category...

This what our Lawyer said last week :(

Wonder where is the lawyer's source for that information?

Likely from the Department of State memo about IV prioritization -- https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/News/visas-news/immigrant-visa-prioritization.html
