Hi everyone!

Hope you are all doing fine! 😄

My fiancee and I haven't heard from the USCIS since we got our NOA1. I decided to check our application status thru their website and showed us this. What to do next? I need your advice please! I'm so excited!! Thank you guys in advance! 😄

Time to schedule your Interview and do the medical before that.

Not quite, that is the USCIS approval.... have a month or two to go yet for the rest.

The visa process is not the same as for other countries, I would not suggest to follow a generic guide for this process.

Now things will get more exciting.   Next your case file will go to NVC (once you receive your NOA2 approval notice)  after a few weeks you will want to contact NVC by email and request your case file number (calling is not to your benefit for the process in the Philippines).   Here is info for contacting NVC by email to request your case file #  (MNL).   Once you get the reply email from NVC with the case number # forward that email to your fiancee as she will need it for the medical at SLEC (St. Luke's)

Greenbaum's info will not be very useful for the visa process in the Philippines

Its not designed to be consulate specific,  it is primarily designed for the NVC process which is the same for  EVERYONE

YMMV

For NVC regarding the Philippines .. calling isn't very helpful to expediting the process.   Emailing to request the case file#  is best unless a person isn't in a hurry and wants to wait for the snailmail

SLEC asks for copy of the NVC letter/email ..
