yeah most likely, we were just really cautious because applying for AOS when I-94 expired, so her current status is "K1" even tho filing with I-94 is expired, and the expiration has no changing of her "current status" of k1?

if all that is true we will put K1 for her

Entered as a k1.  K1 is the status you are adjusting from.   K1 is your answer

YMMV

thank you so so so much, we have been trying to get a definitive answer for so long, you just made our day, and took away so much non-needed worry about if we are filling out her current status correctly, really thank you so much again.  We will most likely have questions again sooner than not, but again thank you.

Also just as a check, we have seen that priority date can be when you received your noa1, although there seems to be a general consensus to not put anything for the priority date so we are just going to leave it blank, that the correct way to go?
