This RFE wait is torture........

One month since my notice that VSC recieved my RFE information. Called on Tuesday and said it was on someones desk since 5/23 (No touch?) . Has anyone else recently waited so long for a RFE to be processed?

Hi! Call NVC with your USCIS WAC#. Speak to a live person, they will tell you if you have been approved. This information is not available through the automted options. USCIS online case staus files are not being updated. Some people already have interview scheduled all without an CRIS approval e-mail from USCIS, hardcopy of NOA2 or letter from NVC. The only thing we got was the e-mail.

Thanks! Maybe I will try that. I did the RFE line trick this week, where it gets you directly to VSC, and they said it was on someones desk at 5/23. Maxxxumusa got a email for his apparently, and we're on the same schedule, but I guess it's possible that they didn't register mine in the system, guess its worth a shot! thanks.

I see you filed through Vermont so that would be the EAC# (for CSC it is a WAC#).

Thanks for the tip, but nothing at NVC..........guess I'll wait a couple more days and try VSC again.......guess I should start considering getting my senators office involved......
