So we can put No here for her and don't need an explanation, also we still aren't 100% sure what to put for 24 where it asks for "current immigration status", can't seem to find a 100% concrete answer for what to put here if filing AOS after I-94 has expired, if you could shed some light on this for us would be amazing, tysm for the answer to that one also!

Entry status is your entry status.   If you entered as a k1, you are adjusting your status from k1, regardless of when you file the i485

thanks so much for the response, yeah we put no here for her, as we fully understand this now.  The only one where we had to put yes for the inadmissibility was "have you ever been denied a visa to enter the US" , she was denied a B-2 Tourist visa.
