It's gonna be 6 months since our NOA1 next Tuesday do you dear VJ's think we should call to find out what is going on with the petition or it won't get any light on our situation???

P. S. We don't have any touches wasn't transfered to CSC

Yes, you should call to see what is going on. Granted, they will try to get rid of you by saying that according to the processing times website, they are working November cases, but that may change to December on the mid-June update. No activity since December, you should follow up.

Follow up with USCIS. Then call your congressman. Be persistent. If they pull the 'processing time on our website thing' explain to your congressman that the website only lists oldest case being processed (usually a complicated case involving child custody, divorce, waivers etc.) while processing has continued on the other cases. If necessary mention that you are part of an online community and those that filed during your same month have ___ (forwarded to the embassy/already received visa/married and going through AOS). The gentlemen in my congressman's office was hesitant to inquire about our case because of the processing time bit. I politely pointed out the bit about the processing times. He called and said I was a approved the day before...two days later, my online status changed to approved.

Thanks for support hope we will find something out or just remind them of us and our desire to be together as it's supposed to be when you are husband and wife in love.
