Hi everyone, i need help because i really dont know what I and my fiancee will do about our petition and I-129F form. Because we submitted the petition last May 20, 2019 and then this september they messaged us they need more proof of evidence so I got the chance to review our form and then I realized that the name of my K-2 was not properly put like her middle name was put to her last name. So can we update it or change it? And submit a new I-129F with the additional evidence they need? Thanks in advance

Hi Sir/Madam,

may I ask if is it possible to update the I-129F form even if we submitted already? Because I just found out little corrections about the spelling and names. Is it possible to pass a nee one or update the whole I-129F? Please help. Thank you

For the k2 you can correct at the embassy

YMMV

I found an error on my I129F and called USCIS. The agent told me to send in a letter explaining the error and a revised page from the I129F, not the complete form. I did that and it was accepted. So I would say yes you can, and no harm in doing it.

Hi! So like for example the page of the form is page 5 of 13 and theres a lot of question there. Do I only need to answer my corrections? Example my mothers maiden name then thats it? No need for any sign or whatever?

From what Russ&MaryAnn said .. yes that is all you need to do, along with your letter of explanation.

Once you get to the embassy phase you will complete a DS-160 for yourself and the K-2  that will address the correct name also.
