we did receipt this last day for our case i-130 alien relativ but i dont know its thats means approval

It just means they’re looking at your case. Everyone’s status is the same until they either approve or ask for further evidence. You’ll still be waiting quite a few more months for approval

oh okey i thought its mostly like approval or like they started checking my case or working in it

Nebraska is extremely slow /and this will usually take a year to even get to the NVC stage

meanwhile:

It is helpful to create a timeline especially when you get into the process further

also get a POA from him (with English translation) so you can fill out the W7 (otherwise he has to do it and mail is slow)

The W7 is filled out and filed with tax returns so you can claim him without the SS #/  Casa embassy is well aware we can commingle finances this way and they expect it

if CR1 and you just recd notice of case accepted and sent to Nebraska in September,  you are only waiting for "a statement that says approved"  and it means all the documents to support the application are reced and reviewed as acceptable and case will be sent to NVC for the 2nd stage of processing

A visa approval is at the last stage ,  the interview.

you have a long road ahead to the visa but the above advice to add spouse to tax returns will help you in the Casa embassy

It means they cashed the check for the fee and sent the case to a service center where absolutely NOTHING is being done until it's your turn several months from now.
