yeah we are working on the AOS currently as we speak, not really messing around just was getting documents together, and it took some time.

Believe me,  I know what is involved, we submitted our AOS/EAD/AP packets for my wife and stepson (former K1 and K2) about two weeks after their POE.

YMMV

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

We appreciate all the help, we made a thread of I-485 questions right here on this sub-forum, we are still a little puzzled by some of the questions, would love your feedback on them on that topic, it's titled "I-485 questions"

Here is the list of websites that we successfully used to read, read, read, heed and follow when we went through the AOS process. Between the VJ guides, VJ example forms, and the USCIS links we got all of our questions answered, and continue to suggest those links to anyone so situated, and using this DIY site.

Be sure to concurrently apply for AOS/EAD/AP (I-485/I-765/I-131).

Good luck on your immigration journey.
