Hello everyone,

I got RFE (not the actual paper yet, though it's been 25 days ). I even submitted the erequest and filled the form saying we didn't get the actual RFEpaper in mail. But no reply yet. Soo worried now. Even in case tracker app, I noticed people have the status, " Request for Initial Evidence Was Sent" since last 40 days. So even many people might be waiting for RFE in mail. How could they don't send the paper even after a month?? Has anyone face that. If yes, please share your experience. And what should I do next?? Any suggestions?? Wait for 30 days and fill that form again or else call them?? Will call be helpful in this scenario??

Can anyone know the number to call the real person at USCIS?? It's been more than a month but I didn't get my RFE paper in mail yet. Even I had requested that through erequest form but no reply yet. Please help. Soo worried. Want to talk to person and know what's the problem is. I have dialed the number at USCIS but they like press 1, press 2 so don't know what to press exactly to talk to real person. Hope VJ members can help me

Get to a live person fastest: Press 1 for English, then 1, then 2, then 2. After the final 2, press # each time it prompts you to enter a number. You will need to do this three time.

01/28/2019 - Mailed Express Mail USCIS Lockbox Phoenix

01/29/2019 - Received by Phoenix Lockbox
02/04/2019 - Receipt Notice Via Text Message assigned to Nebraska Service Center

1 for English...than again choose 1 than 2 and than final 2 and than # and than again # and than again #... So my question is whenever they say to choose a number than only press 1-2-2 and also it goes for # and # and again #... Is that right?? We need to wait for them to give us options each time right. After final 2, again they will give us options and we need to press # sign and than again give option and we need to press# ... So my only question was, every time we have to wait for options .. Am I right?? Please help if I am wrong.
