What about the American petitioner?

we bring prior divorce decree>>> copy or certified copy - or copy that is notarized?

I-134

Original Tax transcripts 3 years prior?

original company letter?

copy w2 1040 1099?

Copy paystubs?

copy SS benefits

copy bank statement

Thanks for your help.

Anyone else can confirm this?

Beneficiary brings the SINGLE NOT MARRIED white book in China

Petitioner needs court certified divorce decree  ... my decree was issued in another country.   USCIS at the I-129 stage already has the copy.  Is this not sufficient for GUANGZHOU... omg, I have to fly to CANADA to get the certified copy for the K1 guangzhou interview?????

Thanks
