filing for work permit

I had a family visa and been coming to usa on vacation when I met a lady I was dating, when I traveled back home I needed to file a divorce letter to be free with the new lady in usa.
 later I decided to come with the children on vacation while my ex decided to come because of the children care

Now I am settling down with the new wife and need To file for authorization

Do l need another divorce letter here, the local/home divorce letter or no need for any letter to do my filling?

What is your current visa status? What visa did you enter the US on? And by "to file for authorization" are you talking about the EAD document?

~~moved from DCF to AOS from student, tourist, and work visas.  Canada definitely does not have DCF and it sounds like the OP is trying to adjust their status~~
