DNA sample collection appointment help

Hi hope soo all of VJ members are going good ...

well i need some suggestions and help as embassy recommends DNA before starting process of 3rd time dna we are really confused and frustrated because already in AP from 14 months ..

now the long story short is embassy requires dna with my mother and my elder sister my elder sister is married and living with his family in sydney and she has 4 month baby boy son its hard for him to come pakistan and give sample of dna here soo i need to ask here is there any possible solution that she give sample in Australia US embassy and my mother give sample here in US embassy in pakistan we already write a email regarding this matter to embassy about situation that she is not in paksitan but embassy response same that we need dna paper the we will procced further your case they did not say anything which we asked about sheduling my sister in sydney for sample now i need to know that is the LAB can do any thing for sheduling him in sydney for sample or attorney can do anything in us in this matter anyone have same like this experience please assist me it’s urgent i shall be very thankful to you for this kindness THANK YOU....
