Would this be sufficient evidence for a bonafide marriage?

Hey everyone -

Background: Fiancée is from Brazil, her K1 visa was approved 2 days ago. She'll be coming up in January and we'll be getting married a couple weeks after her arrival.

I already have her as an authorized user on my 2 credit cards, she now has 2 credit cards in her name waiting for her in the US. After she arrives I'll be adding her to my rental agreement, health insurance, utility bills and will be filling out a form making her my Power of Attorney in case I'm incapacitated. I'll also have the official marriage certificate and photos from the wedding.

Would this be enough evidence to support a bonafide marriage for AOS purposes?

Thanks!

For a k1, the basic requirement at the time of filing is the marriage certificate.   If you have more at the time of filing,  that is frosting.

More evidence can be presented at the interview

YMMV

My wife is also from Brazil.  For our AOS interview, we provided a copy of our lease with both of our names on the lease, gas and electric utility bills with both our names on them, copy of my insurance that my wife is covered with, and a photo album from our wedding and other various trips in the U.S. we accomplished together.  I'm sure they won't ask to see your marriage certificate again, since it was originally submitted with your AOS application.
