For one month later he’d still be ok. This case is so borderline which is why exact dates are critical..

I feel like he MAILED It on the first date from Panama and it arrived at USCIS so his priority date is October

What, by horseback? Even back in the day when we snail mailed uscis from halfway round the world it “only” took a couple of weeks.  If it is indeed october ... and approval was June this year... then he’s already over 21 on CSPA.

Dude Im guessing at his words, its not gospel and I havent a clue why it would take so long.  But I also dont understand why places dont have mailing addresses and instead use, house beside blue grocery store, or why people kill each other over dumb stuff or why im even in this thread...
