Approved & Greencard was in production... now case in review?

We had our Visa interview today in Greer, SC at 8am and we were approved on the spot. The officer told us we were an easy case and he was going to process us right away. He said the online status would update and to watch it to get a tracking number. He said expect a week or two to receive it. 

 

At 1:30pm, our status changed to say that my husband's greencard was in production. 

 

At 5:30pm, our status changed to "initial review" instead. 

 

Did something happen?

 

Is he not going to be getting his greencard right away? Why would they stop producing it?

Could be a glitch. 

Check often as after production, it will be sent and the update will include the tracking number.

I'm hoping it's just a glitch, but we looked online and hadn't seen anyone else who's status regressed like this so it made us nervous.

I know some people who had this happen. Some took a couple weeks to resolve and some longer, but it's just a waiting game.

FYI - their green cards were listed as being a resident since the original approval notice.
