Of course it could go back to the more typical two year wait which aligns more with the small sample of self-reported VJ timeline cases... it will almost certainly retrogress to priority date determination at some stage, just no idea what that wait might be

I-130s for F2A almost always (if not always?) go to CSC.

 

Estimated time range at CSC: 19.5 Months to 25.5 Months

The 19.5 months months refers to 50% of cases so it's a fairly typical time to go by. Then add in ~2-3 months at NVC for CC = 22 months. Then add in ~1-3 months for an interview = ~23-25 months. So a ~2 year estimate is still reasonable. The biggest difference now is that an expedite is actually useful (whereas it had virtually no purpose and could make things worse actually previously).
