Didn't you already start a thread like this?

I think in your other thread, it was mentioned that the F-1 denial will not impact it.  The key to her getting either a K-1 or CR-1 will be lots of time spent together in person.

There is no way anyone here can tell you whether everything is okay.  There are basic requirements for an approved petition, and then there are great variations in what is acceptable to individual consulates.  I believe on your other thread you got some advice about fraud and the Viet Nam consulate.  Going in, you should keep in mind that with either type of visa, the burden will be on you to demonstrate a legitimate relationship, and the best way to do that is with time spent together in person.
