Today I made a decision to stop looking on like a deer caught in headlights.

I felt stagnant and lifeless and was living like my life is on hold due to the AP.

I have not seen my honey in over a year.

Sitting at the computer teary eyed day in and out.

Today I started a gym membership and a yoga class.

My intentions are to visit friends and family more and get out of the house other than for work,

to go to the zoo, the botanical garden, to cook and eat better and get more sleep.

To clean this house from clutter and get the place ready for Stephen.

To anyone on AP/AR .......keep moving and be active so depression won't set in.

Enjoy the life you have been given and be thankful and prayerful.

Hang on and never give up. :)

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I know how you feel- going through this process in any way is challenging- you always feel like you have that little dark cloud over your head and this process is always on your mind.

All you can do is take care of yourself and know it won't last forever.

And it doesn't!! (L)

That's great Omoba, that's what you have to do is keep living. I know AP is difficult because we have been on it for over a month and certainly I am not comparing my situation to yours,but I sincerely hope eventually you will get out of it soon too!

Believe me I know how A/P can affect your everday lifestyle it has me also, buti try to keep myself busy as much as possible until this nightmare is over. You gave great advice and i am happy to see you live again If we don't we will go crazy:wacko:. I pray that all of us waiting will be reunited with our loved ones soon (F)

10/23/2007--7 months and 2 weeks of A/P and still waiting..........God help me!

4/22/2008---2nd Interview ( keep us in your prayers)

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

6/03/2008--VISA IN HAND! Thank you god!

7/03/2008--Our Wedding Day!
