Jan 30, 2006 NOA1 date

Hi Everyone!!

Seems like everyone at NBC is on vacation. The processing dates are stuck at Jan 30, 2006 forever. Has anyone with the reciept date of Jan 30 recieved their approval? I tried calling them but after extensive hold I got to talk to a lady who was hard to understand and was extremely rude. Basically i did not get any help.

Join the club for there is no one who has received their NOA2 with that date believe me when I tell you that I have called those people twice a week for the past 5 weeks and I too have encountered a few rude ones And when you do get a nice one it seems as though the answers are always different

hey, nice to meet someone else who is applying for a k3 from india...

give it another week, im sure they will have processed at least 3 more weeks worth.

as for me, my recepit date was jan 24. and they had done till jan 23 on 2/28. but the approval showed up on 2/28 itself in the computer.

and it still HAS NOT been sent or arrived at nvc yet...

Nice to meet you too. My petition is still not posted online so i am unable to track it. I am glad you recieved your approval. I hope everything goes smoothly for you. My application will be processed at New Delhi Consulate. Which consulate you are having your case processed at?

I've called them as well just to make sure they didn't forget to update the date , but was told the dates were accurate. I guess they feel like they've been working too hard and needed a break. I'm still patiently waiting...although I feel like I"m running out of patience at this point....

I wish good luck to all of us with reciept date of around Jan 30 on the beginning of another week. I hope some of us will recieve their approval this week. Everyone is talking about the illegal immigration. No one talks about the frustrating long process of legal immigration.

I have also been waiting for an NOA2 for quite some time. They issued an RFE in December, I replied in January. Beginning to think they are not going to approve.

We have receipt notice dated 31st January............you will hear from us as soon as an approval notice arrives. The days and weeks are getting longer something needs to happen soon.
