What is your experience with NVC Expedite? And my current situation.

I sent a request to NVC and I received the initial response from NVC after two days saying that they are reviewing my case for expediting. 3 days later they replied me saying that "embassy is willing to expedite when we have all fees, forms, and reviewed all documents". So who is reviewing documents at this point? NVC or Embassy?

 

I submitted all my documents and completed DS260 last month. NVC accepted all my documents except i864. I had to resubmit my i864 about two weeks ago because it was not scanned properly. Technically, I have to wait another month or so for it to be accepted because of the current processing times. I am in a difficult situation where I don't want to wait another month.

Hi, were you able to expedite the processing time at NVC or you had to wait normal processing time for them to review your documents? Thanks!

It had to wait the normal processing time. Expediting happens after NVC approved all documents.

@Yas Pel Thanks for your reply! How long did it take you to get Interview appointment after NVC approved all your documents (Documentary Qualified)?

No problem. They set up the interview within 3-4 days. But the interview date was 2 weeks away.
