Call logs are secondary evidence at best fyi. If your case hinges on call logs then I would say it wasn't a overall good case to begin with.

i'm in the interview stage . i hava lot of evidence , photos , conversations , video calls , and we don't have any red flags  so my case doesn't stop on call logs but i heard sometimes the consulte ask for it , so i wanna be prepared for the best and the worst

Consulate will expect you to bring them but probably will not look at any documents during the interview

you talk about converstations and video chats/  take them as the embassy expects to see you bring things in but don't expect the CO to look at them

more important is the evidence loaded with the application

the proof of each visit like boarding passes,  passport stamps,  photos of USC with the Tunisian family (especially the mother )  to show they approve

the case will depend on the evidence provided by the USC in the application and your reactions and answers to simple questions about the USC concerning her family,  her likes and dislikes,  your reationship and how it started,   the religions of both and what you intend to do when coming to the US (like get a job or study)

the embassy will take into account the following:

ages of both and age diffences

income of the USC and the poverty level

religions of both and any differences

proof from photos that tunisian family knows and approves

amount of time you 2 have been together (# of visits to Tunisia and length of each visit)

WhatsApp only keeps call logs for 60 days.  It does keep chat messages forever unless you delete them.  You can also easily export chat logs from WhatsApp and e-mail them to yourself.

don't need to tell me

just telling you this is what is important to the CO during interview

5 year gap will not be a big issue /  we had a larger one

My husband is from Tunisia and the most important thing they looked at during our interview was recent pictures with family. It says a lot about a couple if they can explain the pictures (whos in it, when was it, etc.) and if you can answer questions about each other. I would say if you already have "tons" of evidence then the call logs won't matter much (especially if the photos are from before July when your call logs are missing). Just provide what you can and hope for the best!

I would see if a more technically oriented site can give advice but as others have said, bring what you have as they probably won’t look at them anyway.  Usually at the interview stage, the decision is made already and they just validate what’s been sent in with the petition.

My husband and I did not submit call logs, but we did have a few photos and chat messages prepared for the interview. The interviewer, however, did not ask to see any of it, but we had it just in case. My husband is also from Tunisia.
