🙄🙄 Divorce Pending - Extended Letter - Want to travel to Canada

Hello all, 

 

My divorce process is not final yet. I filed as a Waiver and received the Extended Letter. I checked my application number online, but it says VALIDATION ERROR(S). I’m wanting to travel to Canada. I’m worried that Customs can’t validate my application number and I can’t reenter the US. 

 

Is there anyone had the similar situation but traveled and reentered US recently, like 2 or 3 months ago?

You are still a green card holder. Expired green card and extension letter is enough.

Did you use the extension letter or the biometrics appointment letter application number? When I did my removal of conditions my application number on my extension didn’t work but the one on the biometrics appointment did.

I haven’t received the biometrics letter yet. 

However,  I found a thread saying I can check my case number by creating an account at myaccount.uscis.gov

It does work that way for me. So, I think Uscis has my application

There is some kind of technical glitch thing for ROC update case status system. For whatever reason you need to use the case number from biometrics to check case status. The number on the NOA does not work for the majority of people.  USCIS is aware but it doesnt seem to be getting fixed anytime soon.
